Our certified trainers will build a plan that fits your needs. We start with a free consultation to learn about your fitness level, what you want to achieve, and any challenges. With this information, we create a program that is easy to follow and will help you improve step by step.

 

Each month, we update your plan based on how you're doing. This could be making your exercises harder, adding new movements to keep it fun, or other changes if you’re facing problems. If you ever have questions or need help, you can reach out to your trainer through our app for support.

Do I need a lot of equipment to follow the program?

 - Not at all! Let our trainers know the equipment that is accessible to you and they will create a program with that in mind. While we do suggest having small things like bands, it is possible to go without.

How often will my workout plan be updated?

 - Our training programs are updated often updated on a monthly basis. Some clients choose longer intervals if they like their current routine & progress they're making.

Do you offer nutrition coaching or meal-planning advice?

 - As personal trainers, it is not within our scope of practice to provide detailed nutrition and meal planning. We can however help you balance your diet, find areas of improvement, and guide you to your desired weight goal.

What types of goals can this program help me achieve?

 - Our programs are designed with your goals set in mind! We've helped our clients lose weight, gain muscle, improve mobility, recover from injuries and more. Our consultation greatly helps assess your weak points and provide attainable goals.

How do I track my progress with the app?

 - Our app has sections to log weights, sets done, and repetitions with each exercise. Simply input your numbers during or after the workout, and watch the progress over time!

​Is this program suitable for beginners, or do I need experience?

 - While experience does help with form, beginners are welcome too! Your trainer will adjust the workout accordingly to match your experience level. The app also has many videos and descriptions to help you move correctly and without injury.

Is there a minimum commitment for the monthly program?

 - There are no long-term contracts or sign-up fees! Our programs are done on a monthly basis, so you can sign up hassle free.

What if I have questions about an exercise or workout?

 - No problem! You can reach out to your trainer directly through the app for quick answers and guidance.

Is the app available for both iOS and Android?

 - Yes! Anyone can access the app through their mobile device.

Can I get video demonstrations of exercises?

 - Almost all of our exercises have videos and directions attached to guide you in your workout! If you are uncertain about a movement, we will do our best to provide videos, photos, and instructions to assist. â€‹â€‹

Come in for our complimentary movement screen & consultation! During this hour and a half session, we'll get to know each other and assess how we can best assist you. We'll also evaluate your movements to identify your strengths and areas for improvement.

2. Personalized Feedback

For each of our clients, we provide a personalized video summarizing the results of our movement screen & consultation. This video highlights your strengths and areas where we can help you improve and strengthen. You'll receive this video to track your progress over time.

3. Tailored Program Creation

After our movement screen & consultation, we'll use the information to create your customized program. By analyzing your movements, we can pinpoint areas for improvement and design exercise routines to address and enhance these areas, whether it's improving strength, mobility, or addressing an injury.
