Customized Training Programs
After your consultation, we have all the necessary information to create your program. We realize every client is different and will need a different approach to reach their goals.

By analyzing your movements, we can pinpoint the areas that need improvement. Somebody with back pain may need to strengthen their core, while knee pain may often be a sign of weak glutes. Certain muscle groups are also necessary for sports or activities that you love. It is important to identify this and create a training program with these goals in mind.

Depending on your age and ability level, programs can be easily adjusted to match your needs. Exercises can be simplified until you're ready to take the next step. This approach allows consistency while ensuring you're making progress with every visit. Currently, we support a wide range of clientele, with ages ranging from their 20s up to their 80s.

1. Free Movement Screen & Consultation
Come in for our complimentary movement screen & consultation! During this hour and a half session, we'll get to know each other and assess how we can best assist you. We'll also evaluate your movements to identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
2. Personalized Feedback
For each of our clients, we provide a personalized video summarizing the results of our movement screen & consultation. This video highlights your strengths and areas where we can help you improve and strengthen. You'll receive this video to track your progress over time.
3. Tailored Program Creation
After our movement screen & consultation, we'll use the information to create your customized program. By analyzing your movements, we can pinpoint areas for improvement and design exercise routines to address and enhance these areas, whether it's improving strength, mobility, or addressing an injury.

What types of exercises are included in your programs?
- We aim to include a variety of exercises, depending on your skill level and goals. Our studio has a wide variety of equipment to keep your workouts effective and enjoyable.

​How often will I meet with my trainer?
- The frequency of training is completely up to you! While we do recommend 2 times a week for optimal results, many of our clients come in 1 time or even 3 times a week.

Do you offer nutrition coaching or meal-planning advice?
- As personal trainers, it is not within our scope of practice to provide detailed nutrition and meal planning. We can however help you balance your diet, find areas of improvement, and guide you to your desired weight goal.

How long are my training sessions?
- Our training sessions are 1 hour long. For your first training package, we offer a complimentary 30 minutes once a week to chat about your goals and habits.

What is the duration of your training programs?
- We offer packages of 12, 24, or 36 sessions.

​How do you track progress and make adjustments to the program?
- All this is done through our app. Each session we log your progress, and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track with your goals.

Are there any long-term contracts or commitments required?
- There are no long-term contracts or sign-up fees! Once your package is finalized, you have an unlimited amount of time to complete it. We recommend staying consistent with your workouts, but there is no pressure to rush through your sessions.

Can I train with you if I have no prior fitness experience?
- Yes! Many of our clients are new to fitness and exercise and have achieved great results. We adjust our fitness programming to suit your experience level.

Do you offer group training sessions or only one-on-one sessions?
- We offer training up to a maximum of 2 people per group. This is done to be sure we can still monitor your form and provide detailed feedback.

How do you ensure the safety and effectiveness of exercises during training sessions?
- All our trainers have completed accredited schooling programs and are certified through CSEP. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of safety, allowing our clients a worry-free experience.

What is your cancellation policy for scheduled training sessions?
- We ask all our clients for a 24-hour notice if sessions need to be canceled or rescheduled. Sessions canceled within the 24-hour time frame can be subject to charge.
