1. Free Online Movement Screen & Consultation

Join us for a complimentary online movement screen & consultation! In this hour and a half session, we'll introduce ourselves and determine how we can best support you. Using video call technology, we'll assess your movements to identify strengths and areas for enhancement

2. Personalized Feedback

For each of our clients, we provide a personalized video summarizing the results of our movement screen & consultation.. This video will highlight your strengths and areas for improvement. You'll receive this video to track your progress over time.

3. Tailored Online Program Creation

Utilizing the insights from your consultation, we'll create your personalized program. By analyzing your movements through our call sessions, we can pinpoint areas for improvement and design exercise routines to address  these areas, whether it's enhancing strength, mobility, or recovering from an injury.

frequently asked questions

How do live video call sessions work for online training?

 - You and your trainer will schedule a weekly time that works for both of you! When it's time, join the session and start your workout.

Do I need any special software or apps for online training?

 - We hold all our online sessions through the Google Calendar app that's available on any device. This takes care of scheduling as well as the video call.  

​

What if I don’t have any equipment at home—can I still do the program?​

 - Yes! Our trainers will create a workout for you with as little or as much equipment as you have. The only thing we recommend having is a webcam for video call sessions. 

​

How often do online sessions take place, and how long are they?​

 - The frequency of sessions is up to you, although our most common is twice per week. The training sessions are 1 hour long. For your first package, we offer a complimentary 30 minutes once a week to chat about your goals and habits. 

​

Can I switch between online and in-person training if my schedule changes?

 - Definitely! We have many clients that do that. Simply let us know when you're making the change and so we can appropriately prepare your workout!

How do you track my progress remotely?

 - All this is done through our app. We log progress from each session, and make adjustments to stay on track with your goals.

Will I receive a customized workout plan for when I’m not in live sessions?

 - Absolutely. If you're confident and looking to get more workouts in we can create a program for your own time.

​

Can I train with you if I have no prior fitness experience?

 - Of-course! We have lots of clients new to fitness who have gotten amazing results. Our trainers will adjust your fitness programming to suit your experience level. â€‹
