Nutrition Program
Track current eating habits for a week. Review with your trainer to discuss areas of improvement. Set daily guidelines and areas of focus. Following a training session or at another time, receive an additional 30 min per week discussion about ongoing issues.

Start on day one with photo's, weight and etc. Continue to track through out your programming.

Online Training
Train from the comfort of home with an expert eye. Meet with your trainer via Google Meet and use the equipment you have to reach your goals. Don’t have equipment? We can recommend equipment for you that meets your budget or get you started using bodyweight or household items.

The trainer will guide you through your personalized program and give you in-depth instruction and demonstration as you complete each exercise. Properly performing the exercises, no matter the goal, your trainer will make sure you are using proper form and techniques that will allow you to be successful.
At Home Training
​Train from the comfort of home with house visits from a YouFit Life Trainer. Either use the equipment in your home or the equipment supplied by your trainer. The trainer will guide you through your personalized program by demonstrating and adjusting your position in person. The trainer's ability to move around to see every aspect of each exercise will allow the best form to be complete. With an improved view of each position and exercise, the client's experience improves with an improved ability to demonstrate and adjust body form on the spot.
At Gym Training
Visit your trainer at the gym with all the hands-on expertise and unlimited equipment. Your trainer will guide you through your personalized program perfecting your positioning and form at the gym. With the ability to be hands-on, expect your trainer to see all aspects of the exercise at once. With the improved view, form and equipment improve with more variation.
